Welcome to Pak Invest. By creating an account or using our mobile application, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding agreements in Pakistan.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Investments & Rewards

Investment plans, daily rewards, and referral commissions are subject to the rates and rules displayed in the app at the time of participation. Pak Invest may adjust plan terms with reasonable notice where required.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits and withdrawals are processed through supported payment methods. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times are shown in the app. Pak Invest may request verification before processing withdrawals.

5. Referral Program

Referral commissions are credited according to the active multi-level structure (L1, L2, L3). Abuse, self-referrals, or fraudulent activity may result in account suspension and forfeiture of commissions.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not use Pak Invest for unlawful activity, market manipulation, money laundering, or attempts to circumvent platform safeguards.

7. Limitation of Liability

Pak Invest is provided on an "as is" basis to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
